Catha Skinner – Health & Wellness

Catha was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia where she grew up loving the outdoors and playing a variety of sports. She attended Auburn University (WAR EAGLE!) where she received a degree in Secondary Education, and more importantly, where she met Jeff, her husband of 27 years.  They have 4 children:  Rebekah, Charlie, Sarah, and Andrew.  Jeff and Catha have been homeschooling for over 17 years and have been part of The Academy Tutorial for 12 years. Catha spent several seasons coaching for the NCC Warriors Girls’ Basketball program being a part of teams that won at the conference, regional, and national levels.  With a background in Christian camping ministry and youth ministry, she is also a Certified Life Coach and particularly loves building relationships and working with teens and young adults.  In her free time, she loves to travel with her family, work in the yard, take walks with friends, feed people around her kitchen island, and watch Auburn Football.
