Emarie Elliot
Originally from Memphis, Emarie attended college at the University of Tennessee (during the football glory days), where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hispanic Studies. After graduation, she journeyed to small town Spain to teach English to some of the cutest elementary school kiddos and, there, a love for teaching ensued. After receiving a Master of Education from MTSU, she spent the next 10 years teaching various levels of high school Spanish. She lives in Nashville with her husband, Daniel, and her 3 wild and crazy kids, Cruz (5), Mack (3), and Swaysie (1). Some of her favorite things include cooking, reading historical fiction, being outside as much as possible, trips with her family, all things Spanish, learning to be a home barista, and trying out a different chocolate chip cookie recipe every week; taste testers appreciated.
