Liz Costello

Liz Costello received her Bachelor's Degree in English Teaching from Lipscomb University. After mission work in Kenya, she was inspired to serve with AmeriCorps at Habitat for Humanity. She then earned her Master of Science in Social Work degree from UT Nashville. This led her to work as a counselor at Bethany Christian Services until her first daughter was born in 2010. She now has four delightful daughters and is homeschooling. She has worked as a private English tutor while homeschooling, and is eager to share her love of literature with students at The Academy Tutorial. She teaches American Literature and Composition and the Modern Drama quarter of the Senior Seminar.
